This issue was not able to be patched in Video AI before it was discontinued. The devs were able to sort out a better option in Topaz Video, though. We tried to get it pushed backward to Video AI as well, but that was not an option due to other changes and priorities.
Well, that’s annoying. Is there any other way to download the models in bulk? FTP site?
Unfortunately, no bulk option. The workaround was to apply the model to a file and let it run a preview or export and that would force the download. Are you trying to have all the models stored for offline use?
That’s the idea, yes. Just the models for the HW I have.
