We are currently investigating error messages that state the following;
- Model not found
- Model failed
- Error from AI Engine: Download failed
Prior to contacting support please try the following:
- Ensure that your machine has at least 16GB of RAM to download models
- If you are a Mac user and you have installed the app using the DMG, make sure that you have properly installed the app and are not launching directly from the DMG
- You are connected to the internet
- TVAI has full disk access
- You do not have any connection blockers preventing the app from reaching the server
Please contact our support team at support.topazlabs.com with the following;
- The specific error you are seeing
- Your system profile (Instructions for Mac) or (Instructions for Windows)
- Your log files (Help > Logging > Get Logs For Support within Video AI)
- Any screenshots as necessary
