When I do the same edits in Lightroom Classic without Topaz no grid appears. But if I use Plugin-Extras>Process in Topaz Photo AI and perform a crop and let Topaz auto raw denoise and sharpen, I get a grid. Photo AI 1.3.8 Mac Mini M2 Pro Ventura 13.4 [_BAK4791]

Thanks for sending this information. The grid pattern you see is a known issue with Raw Remove Noise and Enhance Resolution.
