Original crash occurred trying to save an image upscale. I was able to reproduce doing just a de-noise as well.
I’ve uploaded necessary system report and most recent Photo AI log file generated after crash.

Are you able to reproduce this consistently? From the log you shared, it looks like you used the Photoshop plugin and then sent in a second image to the same session.
