The team is currently looking into some possible issues with MKV files, I will share your logs with them to see if this is coming from the same issue.

I’m getting audio sync issues on 2x interlacing.
Haven’t tried doing anything else in the new version.
I upgraded because the timing info was wrong.
Sometimes it is correct in the new version.
There are so many more bugs in the new version.
Makes it hard to use.
Settings change for no apparent reason so your finished work is something else than intended.
I don’t have time to report all these errors.
