after editing an image in Photo AI and clicking ‘apply’ it takes me to the finder instead of to Lightroom Classic

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. right click ‘edit in photo AI’
  2. edit image ie remove noise for example
  3. click ‘Save to Adobe Lightroom Classic’
  4. it takes me to a finder window and not Lightroom, i can click on lightroom and indeed the image is there, but i would think it should do that when i click the Save to Adobe Lightroom Classic button.

all software is the most current on a Mac Studio

Is this a recent issue or has it always done this?

So this was using the latest version of Adobe Lightroom Classic, on a Mac Studio with version 13.5 Ventura.

It happens on and off and has been going on for a while.
I can’t figure out if something specific I’m doing is causing it.
I’ll try and be more aware of it, but here on this screen recording, I’m doing something pretty basic.
