[KNOWN ISSUE] 7.1.3 Can't login on Intel/AMD Mac

Behavior: enter email > click continue > trial icon in top right flashes and nothing happens. No error messages shown.

Starting with version 6.0.3, Intel-based Macs have not been part of our officially supported system requirements. While these systems could still run Video AI up to version 7.0.2, they became fully unsupported as of version 7.1.0 and will no longer launch the app or login.

Even when earlier versions run, Intel Macs are generally underpowered for the kind of resource-intensive AI processing Video AI uses, so performance and stability can be limited.

If you’re on an Intel Mac and want to use Video AI, we recommend working with the version below:

If you prefer to use the most recent version that will still run on Intel Macs:

Video Ai | 7.0.2 | Mac

For the best performance and full compatibility with current and future updates, we recommend using Video AI on an Apple Silicon Mac (M Chip) that meets our current system requirements.
