I’ve re-installed/repaired the software countless times now. I’ve turned off the antivirus, the firewall and I don’t have a proxy. I just can’t get it to work and its really frustrating now. I wanted to do a free trial and purchase it before the offer ends but if I can’t get it to work now whats the point!
I feel your pain. I have had the same issue and also re-installed/repaired over and over again (while disabling all security etc). I am in my peak photography season and thousands of files to process. This could not have come at a worse time.
Support suggested I roll back to 2.1.1 but I had the same issue.
