Is there a video lenght limits?

’m using Video AI 7.1.1 on macOS (Intel).
I load several SD videos in ProRes, digitized from VHS with a Blackmagic Design Intensity 4K, to optimize them before upscaling. Everything works fine, except for one longer video.

This specific clip is 2h 44m long. After hours of rendering, the output is always cut to 7m 13s, no matter which model I try. Other videos, even those around 1h 45m, process correctly without any issue.

Now I’m testing a workaround by splitting the clip into two parts before loading it into Video AI, since the software never shows an error message but always produces the same truncated output also if in the preview it render out all video.

update, splitted in two clips, all work fine.

Can you send the logs to the support team so we can have the devs take a look as to why the file is being cut short?

There is not a limit set by the app for video length though.

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
