i am trying out iris before buying but for some reason Iris face enhance model is not working, it just shows me the extremely blurred video output
Could I take a look at the app’s log files to see what is causing the error in Video AI?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the “logsForSupport.tar.gz” file to your reply.

Could we try the same export after installing the latest NVIDIA studio driver for the RTX 2060?
i just rendered a five minute 8k upscale using iris model at 60fps and the file is practically unplayable, it stutters. i never had this issue with the other models. it took 7 hours to convert and im using an rtx 3090 with 128gb ram, and a 16 core cpu with a 4tb nvme pcie 4.0 that can write 3500mbps.
When i started the render, i selected iris model, motion deblur, and 60fps chronos fast, with grain size 3 and grain amount 2, dynamic high mp4 main 10 bit. The source file is 1080p and was only 50mb. after conversion the file was 20gb. i have played a 400gb file before with playerfab so i dont understand why the 20gb file is unplayable. when i say unplayable i can hear the audio, but it stutters and the image just sort of freezes on and off like its playing at ultra slow motion. i made sure none was checked when selecting chronos fast under interpolation, so thats not the issue. i think its a bug that doesnt happen with iris until you activate 60fps with 8k resolution. Please look into the issue if possible and test what i mentioned.
