I just bought this software. I have a 27" imac that is a year old and more than meets the specs for the software. when I try to install, it downloads fine, but the installation fails.
I have check the Privacy/Security; files and folders and the software isn’t even listed so I can’t enable the downloads folder.
What am I supposed to do???

I actually figured it out. It had to do with the file downloading to dropbox even though it looked like it was on my desktop. Maybe it’s something you could put in your help tools. I’ve seen other people have had issues with this too.
