Unknown error after trying to export with gpu all presets don’t work. Does not happen when trying to export with cpu.
After contacting support they said it might be due to large amount of the graphics card is in use by another process. After inspecting task manager details and nvidia gpu activity (checkmark "Display GPU Activity) I can’t find anything significant using a lot of resources. I have no idea what to do anymore.
I also tried
- clean install nvidia drivers
- windows update
- clean install topaz video ai
- updating to latest topaz version
- lowering max memory usage to 20% in preference
- lowering max processes in preference.
- disabling gpu overclock
- disabling gpu hardware acceleration
