Image enhancements not enhancing

First time I have seen this. Image autopilot works, applied the enhancements it deems worthy. But the enhanced preview shows nothing except the upscale. The image is bigger but not models are applied.

Steps to reproduce issue:

1. Load image
2. add an enhancement
3. watch none of them work.
