Hi.

Which version are you using the Perpetual License version or the Subscription version because, you could be using the Subscription Topaz Video yet, you’re posted under the previous Topaz Video AI category.

Let’s assume for a moment you have purchased the Subscription version then, you have inadvertently Downloaded the previous Topaz Video AI and you are on trial mode in that case, simply Download Topaz Video version 1.0

If on the other hand, the perpetual license Topaz Video AI is the version you have then, you need to either Login to your account and Activate it
