I can’t log in to Topaz Video AI.
Email → Password → Incorrect email or password, please try again.
Resetting the password doesn’t help. The password and email are correct, as everything works fine on the Topaz website.

The error message is stemming from a connection issue which is reporting that the credentials are incorrect but that is wrong.
Are you running any anti-virus, VPN connections, browser extensions or firewall settings that could be causing interference?

If that does not help resolve the issue, please pull the logs and send to the support team at help@topazlabs.com for further investigation.
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
