I am unable to cloud export anything

I am unable to export any video to the cloud. I have tried every scenario and I get the same error message each time.

I am exporting to the same file type, same resolution, same everything.

I only click “enhancement” and nothing else.

The the newest error log is below. I have 4,000 credits and can’t use them
