Hangs up at Detecting Subject

I was excited to try your product but I cant use it since it just hangs up at Detecting Subject. It won’t get past it so I have no idea if its as incredible as you say it is.

-I’m running the latest version.
-My computer only had 8 GB of Ram so I upgraded to 24 GB.
-Running Windows 11.
-Tried to run it as a stand alone as well as access it through Lightroom Classic.

Please address this issue or show me how to get a refund.
