In bird photography, using any app from the bundle, a hairy/feathery texture often appears on the beak of the bird

It happened in all. Unfortunately, I never kept bad results to show you. However, it looks like the software clones on the beak the texture of the surounding surfaces, like the thin hairy feathers of the face. It happens more often when doing severe treatments including sharpen and denoise.
If you find run into another example please let me know.
From your description, it sounds like you may be oversharpening parts of the image. It would help to see examples to confirm.
