H264 crash

When trying to encode a film from Premiere (H264) to 2x in Video Ai 6.1.3 I get an immediate error.
Mac Studio M1 Max 32 GB RAM Sequoia 15.3.2

We are currently investigating this issue and have seen success in resolving this with the following steps:

  1. Delete Video AI plist files
  1. Restart Mac
  2. Launch Video AI and try processing the file again.

If that does not resolve the issue, let me know or email the support team directly at support@topazlabs.com with the updated logs.
