about every other video i fixed, when i export the video, it makes 2 copies. one is normal settings i make, the second is very very high bitrate. when this happens it massively slows my computer way down. that’s how i know its making 2 copies. all this started around 2 updates ago. i figured the last update would fix it, but it didnt. what can i do?
Could I take a look at the app’s log files after running one of the processes that creates two videos?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging and make sure that there is a check mark next to File Logging. Next, recreate the issue and then return to the Help menu and select > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
