If you encounter an issue or have a question about Photo AI, the fastest way to reach us is to email help@topazlabs.com.
This will open a support ticket with us, and we’ll help troubleshoot the issue with you.
In your email, please include the following details:
- A detailed description of the issue or behavior you’ve encountered. The more specific you can be, the better — it helps the team quickly identify the root cause and begin the troubleshooting process.
- The version of Photo AI you are using.
- Any relevant screenshots, if necessary
- System Profile Information

– To gather logs, open Photo AI, go to the menu bar on top, and then go to Help > Open Log Folder.
