If you encounter an issue or have a question about Photo AI, the fastest way to reach us is to email help@topazlabs.com.

  • The version of Photo AI you are using.
  • Any relevant screenshots, if necessary

  • Log Files
    – To gather logs, open Photo AI, go to the menu bar on top, and then go to Help > Open Log Folder.
