When converting a frame rate from say 30fps to 50 or 60fps the processed Topaz video is corrupted. When I import the topaz video into After Effects or Adobe Media Encoder the topaz video is showing frames rates of 600 or 999 fps or some other random fps - when I try to re-encode the topaz video into a different codec like HAP or Notch the encode will fail
I notice this problem only when I use the ProRes output codec in topaz. H.264 is fine
Can you pull the logs from the app and send to the support team for investigation?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
Here is a video to help with the steps of how to collect the logs.
And what happens when you remuxe the file with MKVToolnix, is fps correct then, is it readable?
