The Sharpen Portrait Beta option is awful and it seems to have impacted everything about how the Sharpen function works. How do I uninstall it? Sharpen seems to automatically default to using it and even when I switch to the standard or strong functions it now distorts the photo.

This behaviour of Sharpening defaulting to the Portrait Model is just a Glitch mistakenly overlooked by the Development Team and will be correct within the next release update.
In the meantime I’m afraid you’re just have to manually choose a different Sharpening Model until this behaviour is fixed
