Feature improvement | Delete failed Cloud queue renders

My cloud queue is stuck, there are two files at 70% in a never-ending loop and I cannot delete them. I uninstalled and reinstalled but the queue always comes back, even on another machine.

Mac 26.3, Gigapixel 1.1.1.

There is an X to manually delete an item but that does not work. So far I have not found a way to get GP to work again…

As there are some very old CQ items in the queue I don’t think the 7-day-rule works at all.

How do I clean the queue up and make it work again?

One day later I have «processing failed» but can at least add new images.

It would be, if you opt for more and more cloud-based rendering, be really nice to have more control over the queue, (batch) delete old processings, batch download and so on.

That said, Wonder2 and Recover3 are really amazing steps forward, even if they feel a bit beta and lack the possibility of fine-tuning at the moment, the results are way above what we had before. I tend to upscale the same image «Standard» and with one of these generative models and mix the results in PhotoShop, and Wonder2 is far more than just an evolutionary step, it’s really fun to see that you can save images – be it for really large LFP-projects or just upscaling listall-pix you have as photo references – in this quality. Outstanding, many thanks to the whole team for the effort.

Hi.

No disagreement from me, both Wonder V2 and Recover V3 are truly a step forward but have you tried Topaz Bloom or Mosaic recently.

The new Topaz Bloom Realism is like a whole leap forward and on a different level if you compare it to Gigapixel’s Redefine Creative and I don’t know if you’re aware Topaz Bloom also includes the Wonder V2 Model

Bloom is designed for AI images but, I have successfully used it with Photographs here’s a YouTube video for Topaz Bloom

Mosaic is a brilliant little jem from Topaz Which can breath new life into old images by restoring and colouring them and I’ve actually used it on new colour images for removing colour casts from people.

Here’s a video for Topaz Mosaic

As it happens, I’ve recently created a post about Restoring an old image using Recover V3, Topaz Bloom and Mosaic plus most of the other tools Topaz has to offer here’s the link

Hope you like it

Big fan of Bloom for specific tasks, results are either stunning (and better than Magnific) or super frustrating (as par for the course for anything AI :-D). Bit of a bummer that even with a Studio subscription you cannot get to the higher res rendering modes (which ideally should simply cost more $ in credits or at least offer a sub that includes the Desktop Applications). Wonder2 also sometimes does some weird stuff but is really brillant on real photos with a bit of work.

We are working on improvements on the cloud queue. While it’s generally working well, we had a few reports of issues when a render fails, or where the cloud rendering option is stuck.

Potential solution: Press the Refresh button in the cloud render page

If issues persist, please reach out to help@topazlabs.com
