After the latest update Photo AI is atrocious in Face Recovery whereas previously it was very good.
Now it is over lighting or darkening faces, excessively smoothing features.
No corrections in controls resolve the issues face recovery is causing.
Steps to reproduce issue:

False alarm. Topaz Labs was NOT the culptit.
Microsoft in their arrogant unmitigated gall have it in their thick skulls that their drivers are better and trump the graphics card drivers of the OEM manufacturer. So at last Windows 10 update they replaced my AMD graphics drivers with theirs.
This was the 2nd time in a year this has happened.
AMD drivers reinstalled and things are back to normal.
Did a deep dive and enabled settings in Windows to block all driver updates in Windows updates.
Life would be so much easier without unneeded “help” from Microsoft.
