Export Not Exporting

Ran a preview on a noisy and blurry clip (interior shot by the client on an iPhone 12 Pro) using Artemis Noise Reduction and Sharpen, looked okay, hit Export, nothing happens. No export progress bar, no dialogue save panel.

The clip I’d processed previously exported okay with the expected save dialogue box appearing.

What is causing this failure in essential functionality?

Quit Topaz Video AI, ran a preview on another noisy clip using the same processing settings, hit Export, no save dialogue panel, no progress bar, but eventually it completes an export in the background with the ‘ahq12’ setting in the file name. Problem is, the AI processing has not been applied. The treated clip looks as noisy as the original clip.

Something is very off with this version and I don’t have any more time to spend on it, the job has to be delivered today.

I should add I have not experienced this issue in any previous versions of Topaz Video AI.

(I am running Topaz Video AI on an iMac with an AMD Radeon Pro 5700 XT graphics card. Drivers are up to date as far as I know.)

I’m experiencing the same problem with my export on v3.4.4 after running a preview using Artemis - Denoise/Sharpen: the output progress bar and percentage indicator almost immediately showed 100%, yet the job continues to process at about 3.6 fps for almost 24 hours now.

I’m going to let Video AI continue to run overnight to see if it successfully completes processing. I’m running on a Windows 11 machine with an i7-12700 chipset, 64 GB DDR4-3200 and an NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 3060 LHR graphics card.
