I have chosen Prores Mov but Topaz does export the file in a very bad quality as a h264 mov
Even when I chose Image sequence as output format, Topaz still exports as a very bad h264 file, neither exports as nor qucik export does change this.

The logs show a lot of video files being processed, the first one shows as a H264 export and then others are showing as set to ProRes and the command lines all are showing as exporting out in that codec and MOV format.
Can you run a single export and share screenshots of the settings you are using along with the updated logs to the support team at help@topazlabs.com so we can investigate further?

Topaz creates small chunks of clips with a duration of roughly a second. Those are prores, as a last step it then fuses those into a h264 file with very bad quality. Does this make any sense?
