Hi, i do usually super slowmos or upscale with the default presets.
At least 8 out of 10 times exporting fails, even with default settings.
Can’t impossibly start a support thread for every fail.
Totally losing fun to use topaz!
Why not greying options out, when something is not possible to do?
please offer one of the fialing source videos for downlaod including the settings you would like to process it with so we can give it a try.

I thouroughly uninstalled all Topaz Apps and reinstalled it and now it works again on my system (m1 Max). Still getting 3 out of 4 times errors on conversion (eg. ProRes didn’t work with several settings, h264 did). So please dear Topaz guys work on greying out options that won’t work for the given circumstances/combinations/settings. If options are given, they suppose to work, I’d say that is common UX sense.
