The error is showing that there is a corrupt frame or metadata issue with the original input file. Can you try converting your input using Handbrake and then try importing the converted version back into Video AI for processing?
Drag and drop your video to import it
I recommend going to the “dimensions” tab and under “resolution limit” > none
I also recommend going to the “video” tab and under “framerate (FPS)” > Same as source
Then click “start”
This will ensure that it retains the original resolution and frame rate with the converted file.
Let me know how that goes!
Thank you for the reply! I tried a converted input using handbrake and followed the provided instructions but the same error appears. I’m not sure if this is related but i first started encountering issues with davinci resolve not starting up after upgrading to windows 11. After doing some reading i found that the OFX plugin folder containing some topaz ofx files is having some problem with resolve so i tried to temporarily fix it by renaming the OFX plugin folder to a different name as suggested by the resolve support staff. It did fix the start up issue, made some video, exported it like i always do, imported it to topaz for final polishing and then that is when i first encountered the export error on topaz. Should i just go back to windows 10? I’m so confused.
