today I have tried to export my video on 4k resolution but unfortunately the software gave me an error.

  1. The bug / just a message of error when my video is on queue

In the logs it looks like you are running into an issue with the file path where you are trying to export the video. Double check the file path for your export directory, if its an external drive, double check the drive letter as they can change over time.
