I’m not sure what the error is but I got a message to contact support. It doesn’t say what the problem is.

This looks like the app is having an issue with converting the file and could be an issue with the source format and audio tracks.
Try setting the Audio Mode to convert instead of copy in the codec settings tab.
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, send the updated logs to the support team directly so we can take a deeper look.
