Error reported on render

  1. Error reported on render, appears to download and apply model, won’t produce a playable file after the software indicated the render has completed. Prompts to send error log to support, which doesn’t work very well either.
  2. Ryzen 9 5950X, RTX 3090TI, 96GB of DDR4. Windows 10

Can you share the logs from the app?

You can access these from the Help Tab>Logging>Get Logs for Support and then attach the zip folder here or feel free to email to the support staff at help@topazlabs.com
