Error on preview or render on 6.2.2

Whenever I try to preview my settings or render, I get an error message instead.

This just started happening today, the software worked yesterday, and I haven’t made any changes to my system beyond updating VideoAI and a restart.

When I click on the error message, it tells me to “please contact support” with an option to “get support logs”, but rather than opening up any kind of support log uploader to get the relevant info to Topaz, it just opens the log file in notepad. What good is that?

How do I get my error logs to Topaz?
How do I get this software to work again?

Can you reach out to support at help@topazlabs.com and include the zip of the log files?

To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Done.

Support was kind enough to provide a link to an earlier version which does not have this bug.
