Error Message

this is the first time I’ve tried to use the software. It crashed with an error report.

Not sure what that means. I have a windows machine.

Looking at your logs it looks like you do not have a GPU in the system that meets the system requirements for the app. The recommended minimum is a GPU with 4GB of VRAM.
