To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.
As of this morning, November 18th, 2025, there is a current Cloudflare server outage that is negatively affecting our servers as well. Cloud processing and the servers used for authentication are currently down, which could be contributing to your issue. We are working with Cloudflare to get them back up as quickly as we can.
