sadly I can’t save DNG files at the moment, every time I want to save the RAW or send it back to Lightroom, I get a DNG Write Error. I already tried to delete the list files and reinstall Topaz, but nothing helped. Camera is the Canon EOS R100.
Would you mind sending in some more information to get a better understanding of the problem you are having with this particular type of image? Please send the following information:
The original image file.
The processed image.
A screenshot or description of the settings panel so I can see what adjustments were turned on.

Thanks for sending in that file. I’ve ran some test and learned that the Canon EOS R100 is currently not supported by Topaz Photo AI.
The supported cameras are documented here. Any delay in covering a new camera or phone typically has to do with a brand new RAW file type or pixel type, which LibRAW needs to add to their database. When its added, Topaz Photo AI will create an update reflect their support.
To work with these images, please convert to a TIFF or DNG file for similar uncompressed editing capabilities, if you use the Edit in option from a host editor like Lightroom, then your original RAW file will already be converted to a TIFF prior to being sent to any of our products.
