Hello
I just downloaded Topaz Video AI to my HP ZBook Firefly 15 G7 and I got the notification that my driver version needs to be above 522.25. So I updated my driver and now have 537.13, but I still get the driver error. What can be the reason for that?
Thank you for the reply! Is there still a chance I can run it at the bare minimum on my laptop?
Those are the logs for support Topaz send me. 2023-09-18-10-51-5-Main.tzlog (51.2 KB) logsForSupport.tar.gz (47.4 KB)
I’m unsure about support for the Quadro P520, will have to wait for someone from Topaz to confirm that.
Just for your understanding the P520 can compute 888 ops per second.
My 4070 can compute 15,000 ops per second.
Also your 4 core CPU is very under powered ( 7000 CPU Mark ), My 5950X 16 core ( 46,000 CPU Mark )
16GB of system memory is also very low.
So what I’m saying if you di get it working is to expect very long encode times.
i.e: You could be looking at days depending what you are doing.
With my set up a 40 minute video took 8.5 hours to process on you system I’d estimate over 24 hours.
