Solved problem. I had installed V AI on new PC. Codec was set to Nvidia not intel by default. Changing to intel solved problem

If you are getting a driver version error it means that the driver is most likely out of date and just needs to be updated to the lastest studio driver release from nvidia.

NVIDIA drivers update page

Swapping to the Intel GPU might work but will most likely result in slower performance as it should have a lot less VRAM than your GPU card.

You can email the support team directly if you are still running into issues and we can troubleshoot from there.

Have the exact same issue, and switching to Intel wored for me as well. I’m looking to see if there is an update for the NVIDIA RTX 4070 GPU. I used the built-in App Lenovo Vantage but it shows everything is updated. I downloaded the NVIDIA App and will see if any update pops up there.
