Same issue as many other people here with downloading models.
I am trying to download using the Model Manager, and every time I’m getting an ‘Error: Connection Handling Cancelled’.
I’ve tried rolling back to 7.1 as suggested by Topaz Support in other posts with 7.11, and that version gives the same issue to me.
All my AV is turned off, proxy detection is off (and on doesn’t work either).
This really needs sorting out soon, as this is pricey software, that at the minute is totally unusable!

Can you pull the logs from the app and send to the support team for further review?
To gather logs, please select Help > Logging > Get Logs for Support and attach the zip file to your reply.

Same here I have already talked with Kyle about but it’s still doing it. Just letting it download the models as it uses it. But can’t manually d/load. Stabilization and Nyx Fast won’t download for me & Rhea I think. Long as it works this way I’m cool for now.
