Distorted Image from Topaz Photo Ai

I sent a Sony ARW file into Topaz Photo Ai 1.3.2, and it distorted the resulting file.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. In Lightroom, Plug-in Extras/ Process with Topaz Photo Ai
  2. It does its noise reduction, I enable the sharpen function, and save the file back into Lightroom as a DNG
  3. The resulting image is distorted.

I can send you before and after files if you like.

And what camera is the RAW file from. A7III, A6400 not seeing the same.

If it is a compact I believe it is a known issue with embedded lens corrections. If your using as a plugin from LR, C1 etc., send a TIFF instead of DNG.

Thanks for reaching out. Please send me the RAW file so I can reproduce this issue. If the lens correction is lost, this may be something you can correct in Lightroom Classic by enabling profile corrections in the Develop menu.
