I just downloaded the latest version of Topaz Photo AI v.4.0.4 for which I have a perpetual license as a founding member.
As per your ad which I received, I cannot see any of the latest features mentioned, such as the new Filters - Wonder or Recover.
Why is that? Is my ‘perpetual license’ no longer valid?

As of September 16th 2025 the old Perpetual License versions of the Topaz Applications Topaz Photo AI, Gigapixel AI and Topaz Video AI were all Discontinued replaced by the new current (Studio) Subscription versions
If, you are as you say a Founder then you can Download and Install the new the new Topaz Photo Gigapixel and Topaz Video at no extra cost
Please bear in mind, these are now Subscriptions and not Perpetual Licenses so, if you don’t continue to renew your Subscription when it Expires then you will loose access to the new Applications.
Having said that, you will be able to have access to the old Perpetual License versions you have paid for because, you own them.
Those features you mentioned Wonder and Recover are only available in the Subscription versions.

Hi I downloaded Gigapixel as you instructed, but am unable to use it because I am being asked to ‘subscribe’.
I believe you mentioned that as a perpetual license and Founder I could use it for free till the current subscription expires?
If your Perpetual License has already Expired or as a Founder Member you didn’t act upon it and Activate the Auto-Renewal Subscription then you need to talk to the good people at Topaz Support who will be able to rectify this for you.

You mention that you tried Gigapixel, but you started the conversation about Photo AI and Topaz Photo. Can you test this version?
Topaz Photo v1.2.1
If you had a subscription, it would have been converted to Topaz Photo so you should be able to use that version.
