Detect changes between shots and don't try to interpolate between them?

This is something that Flowframes has done for as long as I can remember. Please add the ability to detect scene changes so that the AI doesn’t try to interpolate between two different images. Example below: (frame 1 scene one, frame 2 blend, frame 3 scene two)

Chronos - Scene change detection

Chronos should be able to detect scene changes and not try to interpolate them, it often leads to weird results if Chronos trys to interpolate between two frames that have no features in common.
