Please provide details of your PC. Run DeNoise AI as a standalone then go the Help-> Graphics info, press copy and paste the information here.

Also make sure you are ONLY running the latest copy and no other versions are installed on your PC.

This is not working, shows preview (slower than before) gets stuck when you hit save. iMac OS Catalina

Same problem here. Go process images and it just hangs. Worked last night :frowning:

It takes roughly 30 minutes for us to create a build, and then another 30 minutes to upload it all. Right now things are almost done building and I’ve already started uploading components.

Due to the seriousness of this bug, I reverted the update notification. Unfortunately, our build process relies on this to determine what version the built program is. This means anyone who is currently on 2.1.0 will need to manually download 2.1.1. If things are working correctly though, the update from 2.1.0 to 2.1.1 should be much faster since it should now only download needed components.

If you want to use 2.0.0 in the meantime, you can download those here:

Windows: https://topazlabs.s3.amazonaws.com/deploy/TopazDeNoiseAI/2.0.0/TopazDeNoiseAI-2.0.0-windows-x64-Online-Installer.exe
Mac: https://topazlabs.s3.amazonaws.com/deploy/TopazDeNoiseAI/2.0.0/TopazDeNoiseAI-2.0.0-osx-Online-Installer.dmg

Excellent!

Thank you very much!

Thats super, tank you

I’ll be doing further tests and check out the major features more closely, but my initial test was to see if I could save an image. Perhaps if I had waited longer it would eventually have saved it, but I canceled the process at 45 minutes for a tif image and 10 minutes for a dng.

2.1.1 should now be live and it fixes this saving issue.

Anyone who has 2.1.0 installed, please use the links in the initial post to download the new version as you won’t get an update message from 2.1.0.
