[Defect] Various timeline scrolling issues in TVAI 6

GUI is missing arrow buttons on the ends of the scrollbar. This removes the standard ability to scroll through the timeline. This also removes the expected ability of being able to click in the area that’s not occupied by the bar and have it scroll one screen over.
Using the scroll wheel results in zooming to inconsistent points. About 80% of the time, it will zoom to the marker. The other 20% it zooms to some other point.
Level of zoom is too great with the scroll wheel. For example: A two hour video is zoomed out all the way. One tick of the scroll wheel zooms the timeline in to displaying individual seconds at the major grid markers. This is in contrast to clicking the ‘+’ button, where one click zooms to displaying ~five minutes on each major grid line. I have tested changing the amount of lines to scroll in Windows, and it has no effect on the amount of zoom in TVAI.

Ideally, scrolling with the scroll wheel will always be based on the current position of the mouse cursor. A good example of a perfect implementation of this is found in GoldWave. Install it and open an audio file with it. Try using the scroll wheel.
Being based on the current position of the marker is okay, but not as useful.
