Custom Resolution, Prioritize Height doesn't save to preset properly

If you select a custom resolution, locking the aspect ratio, and prioritizing the height, any profiles saved with these characteristics will save with a output resolution of 0x0 pixels (incorrect).

This is on Windows 11 with TVAI 3.4.2.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Import a video into TVAI.
  2. Change the Output Resolution to Custom Resolution
  3. Change the Priority Attribute setting to Prioritize Height.
  4. Set a new height resolution. Your output settings should look like the image attached below.
  5. Save this setup as a new preset (Make sure the Save Output Settings to Preset option is ticked).
  6. Load the preset. The resolution will not have been saved and the output resolution with be 0x0 pixels.

Note: This issue only occurs for “Prioritize height” in my testing. “Prioritize Width” works just fine.

Hello, could you send us a note at help@topazlabs.com so that our team could take a closer look at this bug? Thanks!

I’m sorry, what am I supposed to send to that email address? What should I include in the note?

I thought bug reports were supposed to be made through the forum, and all the information to reproduce the issue is listed above. So I don’t know what to send to the email address.
