Creates a weird pink artifact in images

just upgraded from 1.3.7 to 1.3.8 and it creates a weird pink/magenta artifact in the highlights section.

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Step 1 - light room, plugin extras, edit in topaz photo ai
  2. Step 2 - make very minor adjustments and save.
  3. Step 3
