Thanks for sending the log file. It looks like the CPU on this computer was released in 2012 and the minimum requirement for Topaz Photo AI is a CPU released after 2013.

I believe that the other features aside from Face Recovery should work.
Do you have a newer computer you could try using Topaz Photo AI on for Face Recovery?
