Crash down too often CAN'T USE THIS PROGRAM

It crashed so much that I tried reinstalling the program and it crashed again. Post your log files and computer specs.

Thanks for sending in those log files, I had added this information to a ticket our developers are investigating. I’ll be sure to reach out to you here once we have more information regarding why this might be occurring.

In the meantime I’d like to see if adjusting your AI Processor will help get the application to operate more stable, please open Topaz Photo AI and go to Preferences > General and set the AI Processor to GPU. Run some test and let me know how that goes for you, I’ll keep an eye out for your reply .

While trying to use the Sharpen feature, if you click on “strong sharpen” the entire programs crashes/closes itself

Steps to reproduce issue:

  1. Open Photo AI
  2. Add Photo (I used a JPG)
  3. Add Enhancement
  4. Select sharpen and change to “Strong Sharpen”
  5. Watch program shut itself down
