My typical work flow is to catalog my photo and do a quick analysis of the photo in Lightroom then edit in Photoshop. Once in Photoshop I start by opening the file Automate menu to select Photo AI and of late I get an error message titled TPAI Plugin that reads…:Could not start TPAI. Contact Support if the issue continues.
Many times I simply reselect the plugin and it starts Photo AI as expected but sometimes it takes several tries to restart the plugin and on rare occasions it will not work at all in which case I simply use the filter option which seems to work every time.
I have not been able to find any common denominator to reproduce the problem.
