Colour issues using Upscaling and IRIS

Dear all,

While upscaling SD footage 4x up using IRIS interlaced from 25 to 50fps, there are colour issues in bluish parts of the video (water and sky). While scaling up 2x, the issue disappears.

Dear Tony,
Thx for having a look at the raw material I just uploaded. Probably it has something to do with high Anti-Aliasing values in combination with 4k resolution, as lower values does not come with this blue effect.
